עבר כבר הרבה זמן מהפוסט האחרון שלי בבלוג, אך אני חייבת לציין שיש לכך רק סיבות טובות- בחודשים האחרונים אני עומלת על קולקציות הקיץ החדשות ושמחה לבשר לכן שקולקציות הנעליים, התיקים והבגדים כבר בדרך ואילו קולקציית התכשיטים מתהווה לה בימים אלה. אני מבטיחה לכן שיהיה קיץ כייפי במיוחד, עם המון הפתעות יפות וצבעוניות שהכנתי לכם.
בינתיים, רציתי לספר לכם על חוויה שהתרחשה עוד בימי החורף הקרירים.
בסוף חודש ינואר השנה, נסעתי לפריז יחד עם אחותי ענת כדי לבקר בתערוכה במסגרת שבוע האופנה וכדי להפגש עם פרדריק, המפיצה שלי בצרפת. פרדריק נתקלה בתכשיטים שלי באינטרנט, ולאחר תכתובת ביננו החלה לייבא את התכשיטים שלי לצרפת. היום הם משווקים בעזרתה במספר חנויות ברחבי המדינה, מתפרסמים בבלוגים ומגזינים נחשבים ונענדים על ידי נשות טלויזיה. מרגש במיוחד ובייחוד נוכח העבודה שהצרפתים ידועים בעיקר בזכות השיק שלהם.
הפגישה עם פרדריק היתה הפעם הראשונה שבה נפגשנו פנים אל פנים, והיתה מרגשת במיוחד. הצטרפה אליה אחותה סטפני שחיה בבריסל ויחד בילינו סוף שבוע בסימן אחיות... אחד המקומות המיוחדים אליהם הגענו עם פרדריק היתה החנות MERCI שנחשבת לאחת החנויות הטרנדיות והפופולריות ביותר בעיר. החנות מתפרשת על פני שלוש קומות ומציעה פריטי עיצוב, רהיטים והלבשה מקסימים (ולא זולים), יחד עם חנות פרחים וחנות לספרים משומשים, הכל תחת אג'נדה חברתית במסגרתה אחוזים מתוך רווחים נתרמים לאוכלוסיות חלשות ברחבי העולם.
It's been some time since I wrote the last post, but I must say there is a very good reason for that - in the past months I've been working on my new collections for this summer and I am happy to tell you that the shoes, bags and apparel collections are on their way and that the jewelry collection is being created these days. So I promise you a fun, colorful summer with many surprises I have prepared.
In the meanwhile, I wanted to write about an experience which took place earlier this winter.
In the end of January, my sister Anat and I traveled to Paris to visit an exhibition as a part of Paris fashion week and to meet with my French distributer, Frederique. Frederique saw my jewelry on the internet and after some correspondence between us, has started to import my jewelry to France. Today it is sold in shops all over the country, featured in French blogs and magazines and worn by TV personalities. This is especially exciting, considering the French are considered to be very chic.
The meeting with Frederique was the first time we met in person, and was extremely exciting. Her sister Stephanie came to join us from Brussels and we spent a sisters' weekend...
One of the best places Frederique took us to is Merci, which is considered nowadays to be one of Paris's most trendy and popular shops. The store has 3 floors in which you can find housewares, furniture and clothing - all beautiful but quit pricey, as well as a flower shop and a used book store. The shop has a social agenda and a percentage of it's profits are donated to charity.

I especially recommended visiting the cafe downstairs which offers a special atmosphere. In the next photo we are pictured there, during a meeting with Isabelle, a French blogger who came to meet us and interview me for her blog. You can find Isabelle's blog here.

בשבילי, הביקור בפריז היווה הזדמנות מצויינת לרכוש כמה פריטים של המותג הצרפתי האהוב עלי, Minilabo.
מינילבו הוקם על ידי שתי מעצבות ואשת תקשורת, בראשונה כמותג המציע מוצרים לילדים ובהמשך כמותג שעושה שימוש בשפה העיצובית הייחודית שלו באינספור פריטים, החל ממוצרי נייר ועד למגשי פלסטיק. למרות שיש לי כבר אוסף נכבד של הפריטים שלהם, אני לא יכולה לעמוד בפיתוי וחייבת להתחדש בעוד פריט בכל פעם שאני נתקלת בצבעוניות העליזה ובדמויות המיוחדות שלהן. נכון לעכשיו אני חומדת את המזוודות המצויירות. תודו שהן מדהימות.
The trip to Paris was a great opportunity for me to purchase a few items from my favorite French brand, Minilabo. Minilabo was founded by two designers and a communication women, first as a brand for children's products and later as a brand which uses it's unique design language in various items from paper goods to plastic trays. I already have quit a big collection of their items, but I can never resist the unique color scheme and lovely characters, so I always end up with something new. As for now, I'm loving these small suitcases. Aren't they perfect?

כך, ביום האחרון לביקורנו בפריז, שמנו פעמינו לעבר הכתובת שבה, על פי האתר שלהם, אמור להיות ממוקם הסטודיו וחלל התצוגה של מינילבו. במשך קרוב לשעתיים, שבמהלכן התחיל גשם לא צפוי, חיפשנו את המקום, שהתברר כממוקם ברחוב קטן, שיוצא מרחוב קטן אחר, שיוצא מרחוב קטן שלישי. לבסוף הגענו וגילינו שהסטודיו - סגור... לא נותר לנו אלא להציץ מבעד לתריס על דלת הזכוכית ולהתרגש קצת מהעובדה שמהמקום הזה יוצאת כל היצירתיות המתפרצת בעיצובים שלהם.
מאחלת לכם שהאביב יבוא מהר. נתראה בקרוב עם קולקציות חדשות!
So, on our last day in Paris, we were headed to the address in which, according to their website, was supposed to be Minilabo's studio and showroom. After two hours, in which it suddenly started to rain, we found the place, which turned out to be located in a small street, coming out of a small street, coming out of another small street. Only to find out it was closed... We had nothing left to do but look inside through the blinds on the glass door and get a little excited from seeing the place where all this creativity comes from.
